First of all, this video is with both's POV. Derek's POV: After their break-up he's sad and thinks back to the time where he was together with Meredith, he wants to get back to her but doesn't tell her because he doesn't know how she feels. His memories/thoughts are in black and white. Meredith's POV: actually the same except that her memories/thoughts are in sepia.
